The Villas du Lagon residence at Cap Est: beach, infinity pool and kitesurfing
Located on the Atlantic coast of Martinique, between Le François and Le Vauclin, the Villas du Lagon residence has 18 villas set in a tropical garden, bordered by the turquoise waters of the lagoon. They are arranged around a beach, an infinity pool, a tennis court, a water sports base and a beach restaurant.
The residence beach, a 2 minutes walk from the villa
The beach has sun loungers and deck chairs, and is protected by anti-sargassum nets. The quay, in the middle of the lagoon, also has sun loungers for diving into the turquoise water.

The large infinity pool
With its view of the beach and the sea, the large infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers. With its beach and steps, it is ideal for children.
A green setting
Bougainvillea, travellers’ palms and coconut palms form a green setting around Villa Les Agaves. Every morning you wake up in the middle of this tropical scenery, lulled by birdsong and the gentle Caribbean breeze.

A RESIDENCE ON THE LAGOON
Kitesurfing, wingfoil, windsurfing, paddles, kayaks and tennis
Cora’s school is on the residence beach. It offers lessons and equipment for kitesurfing, wingfoil and windsurfing. Book ahead: it is very popular. Lessons are given by a qualified instructor holding the French state professional certificate (Brevet d’État), with equipment renewed every season, a boat and walkie-talkie radios.
Kayaks and paddle boards are available on the beach.
Tennis
The tennis court is at your disposal; the reception can lend you rackets if you have forgotten yours.
