The Villa can be rented:
- with 3 bedrooms: garden level (2 bedrooms) + floor (large suite of 70m2) with independent access from the outside
- with 2 bedrooms (on the ground floor)
The floor will never be rented alone to preserve your privacy.

After having lived 30 years in Martinique, I settled in Nantes. I have kept a little corner of paradise in Martinique where I go regularly to see my children and grandchildren.
